Darren Deobald

The family of Darren Deobald of Saskatoon, SK is broken hearted to announce his passing November 17, 2020. Darren was a down to earth man whom loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. He loved his TaeKwon Do Club, gardening, 80s rock and movies. He was a jokester and loved to laugh. Darren is survived by his wife Julie Deobald, children Katelyn Deobald (Kody Bilsky), Lauryn Deobald (Matthew Michael), William Deobald and Darren’s grandson Bentley Deobald. Darren was predeceased by his father Harvey Deobald and survived by his mother Barbara Maygard, siblings Dean (Arlene) Deobald, LaVonne Anthony, Drew (Sheri) Deobald, as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Ken Olson, brother-in-law Tim Olson and is survived by his mother-in-law Mary Olson, siblings-in-law Greg (Gwen) Olson, Hazel Martens, Margie (Barry) Toman, Dan (Brenda) Olson, his nieces and nephews and many friends, old and new. A Celebration of Darren’s Life will be held at a later date in June 2021. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Saskatoon Cancer Centre – Research Department (20 Campus Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7N 4H4).
