Diane Sylvia Welter

Diane passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024 in Saskatoon, Sk.

Diane is survived by her daughter Leanne and son James (Diana), brother Bill Koniby, her sister Elaina Konoby (David Sinclair), cousin Deb Bauche (Brian) who was often by her side on shopping sprees quite often disguised as doctor visits that both thoroughly enjoyed, cousin MichelenaYanciw and many other cousins, and several nieces and nephews and extended family.

Diane was predeceased by her parents Metro and Mary Konoby, her sister Stella Kalynka and brother in law Andrew Kalynka and niece Oceana Kalynka, her sister Mel Alexson and brother in law John Alexson and nephew Thomas Bowden, her brothers Mike and Peter and her dear friend Elizabeth Chomyn Rayner.

Diane enjoyed working out of the home and worked for several years at Hudson Bay Co in the 'Mirror Room' before eventually retiring. Diane was an excellent cook and always delighted her family, her coworkers, and friends with her excellent cooking and baking and was practically world famous for her cinnamon buns.

Diane enjoyed her retirement years residing largely at Scott Towers and later Baraka Care home both in Saskatoon, SK. making many friends while residing at both locations.

Diane will be greatly missed.
