He left behind his loving wife of 63 years Sally, daughters Rhonda (Randy) Johnson of Saskatoon and Darcy Saworski of Calgary. Loving grandson Cody (Tanya) Johnson along with, two light of his life, great grandchildren Raelle and Bentley.
Elmer was predeceased by his parents, Anton and Marion and siblings Ruth and Earl.
Elmer will also be remembered by many family, friends, and volunteer groups.
Elmer was active with ACT, Lions Club and the church throughout his life.
This Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024 at McClure United Church (4025 Taylor Street East, Saskatoon). The inurnment will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (210 Wess Road, Saskatoon) right after the services. A reception will follow at McClure United Church (4025 Taylor Street East, Saskatoon).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Paul's Palliative care Saskatoon.
