On October 31, 2025 Henry Bankowski peacefully passed at age 98. His Family shares the news with everlasting love and profound sadness. Above all “Hank” will be remembered for his devotion and unwavering love for his Family & Friends. For many years Dad enjoyed the company of his constant card playing companions, especially whist and cribbage while residing at Preston Park 1. Many will remember Hanks quick sense of humour, love of politics, a loyal fan of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, conversations of growing up in rural Saskatchewan and the pride he held for all his “chickens”, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Hank was predeceased by his loving wife Kaye of 59 years, son-in-law Bryan and great-grandson Huxley. Left to mourn are Deb, Lynda (Geoff), Kevin (Lori), Greg (Tracey) and Terri; grandchildren Chad (Kathryn), Alicia (Julia), Courtney (Troy), Ryan, Katie and Jordan; great-grandchildren Noah, Avery, Ayla, Parker, Harlow and Harper. We are sincerely grateful to Preston Park 1 and Glengarda Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.
