Kay was a loving mother and grandmother, a beloved auntie, and a cherished friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She leaves behind her daughter, Billie (Bob) Gumulcak; her son, Les (Nancy) Brown; her grandchildren, Tara (Kent), Mackenzie (Virginia), Breanna, Cody, Tyler, and Alana; and her great-grandchildren, Kennedy, Kamryn, Ethan, Aven, Aurora, Axtyn and Zarlah.
Kay was predeceased by her parents, Ernest (Mike) and Joyce Waugh; her sisters, Bev Waugh and Frankie Dundas; her brother, Lynn Waugh; her granddaughter Kali, and her dear husband, Gord Brophy.
A private family service to honour her life will be held at a later date. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
