Kelly passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. She is survived by her children Shawn (Joanne) Curtis and Lisa (Mike) Hallam; her grandchildren Whitney and Kobe Curtis, and Neko and Kash Hallam; her brothers Rod (Pat) Rabby, Barry (Rene) Rabby, Doug (Kim) Rabby, Rob (Cathy) Rabby; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Ed and Maxine Rabby. A Private Celebration of Kelly’s Life will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2019.
