Lloyd Dwaine Harriman

Lloyd was born in Cudworth hospital, on August 26, 1940 to Fred and Deltha Harriman. He was raised on a farm near Peterson, Saskatchewan. His early years were spent in the Peterson and surrounding area. He met his wife of 58 years Marlene McKenzie when she came to work at the family lunch counter and service station at the north junction of #2 & #5 Hwy. He married Marlene in 1964 and remained in the Peterson & Meacham area where they raised their family.

Lloyd will be missed by his wife Marlene and six children, Brian (Val), ; Shannon (Stewart), Cameron; Quinton (Dunni); Kurt (Shannon); Travis (Roxanne); ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters Pat, Arlene, Rosemary, & Melanie; brothers Craig, and Nolen. Awaiting Lloyd in the heavens are his parents Fred and Deltha; brothers Arnold & Ashley.

Aside from his farming career, Lloyd had a passion for spending time in the outdoors, trapping, hunting, canoeing & fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends over a meal or game of cards. He could commonly be found tinkering in the garden or just sitting on the deck enjoying the day.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Alphonse Catholic Church in Viscount, SK on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00 am with Fr. Andrew Wychucki as Celebrant. Rite of Committal will be held at St. Edwards Catholic Cemetery Meacham, SK following the service. Lunch will be served at the Meacham Hall following the service.
