

Lorne Allan Kingston peacefully passed away at St. Ann’s Senior Citizen’s Village Corporation on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Lorne was born and raised in Mankota, Saskatchewan. He met his first love Yvette Beaulieu in the nearby village of Val Marie, Saskatchewan. They were married on September 25, 1964 and shared 54 wonderful years together.
His family owned a service station and he did mechanical work on vehicles and delivered gas and diesel to the farms. They sold the business and moved to Swift Current where he retired. He owned an apartment building. He was involved in many things. He was a Shriner, Worthy Patron in the order of Eastern Star, and many other titles through the Masons orders. They moved to Osler, Saskatchewan in 2011.
He was predeceased by his parents Hilliard and Elizabeth Kingston, his wife Yvette Kingston and his sister Lylles Szigety of Mankota, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his children Karen Kingston, and her 2 children Jade (Justin Roller) and Dawn Burnside of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Sharyn (David) Lucas and their 3 children David (Jessica) Lucas and their children Caitlyn Lucas, James Lucas and Jeanne Lucas of Cookstown, Ontario; Kevin (Kathy Shelley) Kingston and their son Logan. His brother-in-law Melvin Szigety of Makota, Saskatchewan.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor Street, Saskatoon). For those unable to attend please visit www.faithproductions.ca/livestream
