Born and raised in Brownsburg, Quebec, Patsy moved to Montreal to pursue nursing, graduating in 1970 from the Royal Victoria Hospital School of Nursing. That same year, she married her husband, Peter, and together they made their home in Montreal before later relocating to Hamilton, Ontario.
In 1986, Patsy and her family settled in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where she worked in the Coronary Care Unit at City Hospital until her retirement in 2000.
Patsy was an avid quilter and a long-standing, active member of the Saskatoon Quilt Guild, where she shared her creativity and friendship with many.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Peter; her daughter Allison (Jason) Kreut of Kamloops; and her cherished granddaughter, Lindsay. She was predeceased by her parents, Catherine Eunice Low and Charlie Low.
