

Robert (Bob) Kerslake, 86, of Saskatoon passed away peacefully Thursday, May 19, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born December 23, 1929 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. He moved to Saskatoon, where he met Ruth, the love of his life. They were married in October, 1952. Together they raised their family in Saskatoon. Bob worked at International Harvester for 35 years and was parts manager before retiring in 1985. He loved his family and enjoyed going with them on picnics to Pike Lake as well as numerous camping trips throughout Western Canada. He and Ruth enjoyed 19 wonderful summers at their summer home at Emma Lake. Bob's favorite hobby was working on his car. He loved being a handyman. He is survived by his loving wife Ruth of 63 years, his son Rick (Angie), daughter Nancy (Gerald), his grandchildren Angie (Brian), Bradie (Brendon), Jasmine (Mark), Kirsten and Christopher and his great grandchildren Annie, Casey, Ben and Claire. Bob was predeceased by his parents Cliff and Alice, his sister Pat, his brother Bud, and his grandson Dustin. A Celebration of Bob's Life will be held at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St) on September 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
