Stan passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the age of 75. Stan worked for the City of Saskatoon Engineering Department for 36 years, retiring in 2000. He continued working with Stantec for the following 5 years, fully retiring in 2005. He enjoyed his retirement, spending the winters in Palm Springs, CA and the summers at the family cabin. Stan is survived by his wife, Aletta; his daughters, Courtney (Devin), Lindsay (Ryan); and grandchildren, Landon, Grayson, Brandon and Everlee. He is also survived by his sister, Dorris Mitchell. Stan was predeceased by his daughter Nicole Guenther. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Saskatchewan Branch (A3-103 St E. Saskatoon, SK S7N 1Y7).
