

It is with profound sadness that the family of Stephen Ziegler announce his passing December 6, 2010 at the age of 44 year. Stephen spent his early years in Regina prior to coming to the Saskatoon District to make his home in 1999. He spent several years in the printing business and will be remembered for being an avid sports enthusiast. Stephen enjoyed baseball, hockey and especially fishing. He is survived by his daughter Morgan and her mother Lindsay of Saskatoon; his parents Leo and Margaret Ziegler of Regina, his grandmother Mabel Lomas of Saskatoon; and special uncle and aunt Bill and Gayle Lomas of Saskatoon and Numerous other relatives and friends. He will fondly be remembered for his love for his dogs Tess and Tino. Stephen followed and participated in the accomplishments of his daughter Morgan, as she excelled scholastically and enjoyed her horses. He was happiest with Morgan working in “the barn”. A Celebration of Stephen’s Life will take place Friday, December 10, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre, 915 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon. Interment following cremation will take place in Regina at a later date. Condolences may be offered to the family by accessing acadiamckaguesfuneralcentre.com.
