Wendell Larry Walker
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Wendell Walker on Thursday, June 1, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Wendell was born in Quill Lake on May 24, 1961. He is survived by his mother Lonnie Yolande Walker (Robert Dawson); sons Chet Junior of Prince George BC and Justin Dupuis (Marcie) of Saskatoon, brothers Wes (Sue) Walker, Chet (Tera) Walker, grandchildren Tristan, Bodhi, Jay Lynn and Callie Brie; nieces Madisson and Chelsea; nephews Cody, Austin and Mason; and special aunt and uncle Alice and Ron Parenteau; aunt and uncle John and Helen Foreman and family. He was predeceased by his father Larry Madisson Walker. Wendell was a proud member of the Masons. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses on 5B at St. Paul’s Hospital, especially Daphne and Dr. Masuri. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Windsor Chapel (704 Windsor St.) in Saskatoon.
