REID, Agatha – Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, October 7, 2011 at the age of 72. Beloved wife and companion of John. Daughter of the late Edmund and Sara Levesque. Dear sister of Gabriel Levesque, Jacqueline (Lorenzo Lapierre), Gaétane (Donat St. Arneault), Louisette, Mathide (Donald Boudreau), Jean-Ives (Diane Girard), Camil (Ginette Vachon), Lucie (Gaétan Sevigny), Hugette (Normand Marleau) and Anna. Sister in law of Charles Reid (Mary) and Andrew. Predeceased by Donald (late Mary), Norman, Isobel Brason (late Cliff), Thomas (Hilda) and Robert. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Agatha was well known for her love of cooking. She was head cook for the ACR Rail Repair Crew for years and known by many. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 5 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 7 pm. Memorial contributions to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
