SUURNA, Aleksander - Passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Ontario Finnish Rest Home at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Senta. Loved father of Aari, Silvi Hamilton (Dick), Jaan (Brenda LeClair), Juri (Sandra) and Lauri (Lori). Grandfather of Alisson, Brenton, Jason (Alicia Sawyer), Brooke (Sarah), Marc (Lyndsay), Riley and Kristy. Survived by his sister-in-law Mahta Suurna in Estonia, nephew Heinu Maeots (Wendy) and other nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 1 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 3 pm. Rev. Jouko Jyrkama officiating.
