Arcangelo Vannelli

VANNELLI, Arcangelo (Archie) – It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, Arcangelo Vannelli on March 4, 2011 at the age of 78 years. He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Giuseppina Vannelli (Gildone), along with his daughters Antonella Deevey (Dwayne) and Anna Scopacasa (Nick). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Brandon and Caitlin Deevey (friend Tom Cronin) and Michael, Christopher and Kyle Scopacasa. Son of the late Leonardo and Antonietta Vannelli. Much loved brother of Rina DiFabio (late Arcangelo), late Giuseppe Vannelli (late Maria), late Michelina Sauro (late Nicola), late Nina Ciarla (Michele), late Pasquale Vannelli (Maria), Mario Vannelli (Antonietta), late Italia Vannelli, late Palmina Vannelli and Anna Ruscio (Tony). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank Dr. Hirvi, Dr. Spadafora and Dr. Beuhner for their outstanding care and compassion, the staff at the Algoma Regional Cancer Clinic and the dedicated and caring nurses in Palliative Care.
