HOPKINS, Bernice Ethel – Peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Friday, August 24, 2012 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Best friend of Lawrence Gorman. Loving mother of Judy Ingram (Wayne) and Lester Hopkins (Lynda). Cherished grandmother of Lester, Gary (Jackie), Sherri (Trevor) and Sarah (Frank). Great grandmother of Kaitlyn, Kaiya, Emma, Hannah and Ava. Step grandmother of Sheree (Ted), the late Roger, Sean (Tammy) and Jason (Kelly). Step great grandmother of Cody, Margaret, Madison, Lily and Cameron. Special friends with the Gorman children and family. Predeceased by her parents Sydney and Maude Hockley (nee Ogle) and her two brothers Victor and James (wife Louisa of Saskatchewan). Also survived by many special nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 1 pm. (Rev.)
