Geraldine is now reunited with her dear husband Floyd King. Beloved mother of Linda Bouchard (Jerry), George "Bob" King (Bonnie), late Gloria "Dorry" Slater (Gary) and Sharon Caple (Will). Loving grandma of Amanda King, Robert King (Karin), Jennifer King-Callon (Jeremy), Joyce Nelles (Will), David King (Jennifer), Cathy Coffey (Jeff), Scott Slater (Jenn), Bradley Slater, Jason Ackland and Lindsey Ackland (Jordan). Proud great-grandma of Stacey, Kira, Alexander, Kaelan, Noah, Mya, Joseph, Addisen, Zachary, Katrina, Mikayla, Kyle, Jordan, Rally and Trinity. Predeceased by her parents Max and May Mattila. Dear sister of Harold (Karen), Jenny (Bill), late Jim (Jean) and predeceased by Nielo, Helen (late Ronnie) and Judy (late John) and Illa (late Jim). Daughter-in-law of the late George and late Ellen King. Sister-in-law of Gloria (late Jim), Mary (Wes) and predeceased by Edna (late Gord). Geraldine will be missed and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is reunited with her dear friends "The Golden Girls".

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Monday, June 20, 2022 between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Funeral service will take place at 6:30 pm in the chapel with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Family and friends are welcome to join together for a graveside service for Gerry at the West Korah Cemetery on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:00 am where she will be laid to rest with her husband Floyd King. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to ARCH or Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
