Jack is now reunited with his mom May and his dad Frank Perry and his siblings William "Bill" Perry, Leslie Perry (Ruby), and Glen Perry (Irene). Cherished brother of Alan Perry (Sheila), and Wendy Alexander (Dennis). Uncle Jack will be missed and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by many other extended family and friends.
Jack was a proud member of the Township of Tarbutt Additional and served his community for many years. He had a love and passion for gardening and you could often find him tending to his vegetables. His love for his family knew no bounds and he took any chance he could to talk about his nieces and nephews. Uncle Jack always looked forward to the annual family barbeque in the summers with his family.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Monday, December 15, 2025 between 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
