We would like to acknowledge these friends, Leonard Irvine, Ed Robb, Peter MacDonald now deceased, Heather, Bruce Gromley and Leola Bellmore. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made his journey easier. A very, very special "Thank You" to his PSW Darlene Cameron. You were the new "love" of his life. You kept him going, Honey, and he loved when you brought Katarina by for a visit, teased him and talked old cars and junkyard finds. Jack was an accomplished painter in the mediums of oil, acrylics, and water colors. He collected antiques and had a passion for old cars and a well cooked meal and a good bottle of beer. He also was a "special" foster dad for eighteen years and helped raise 33 foster children. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Rev. Paul Raappana officiating.
