Gary is now reunited with Margaret Ann. He leaves behind his children Wayne Bernard (Debbie), Shelly Ann Jalbert and Lonnie Bernard. Companion to Marg Chevrier, bonus son Timithy and their canine companion Brandy. Gary leaves behind his siblings Dan (Christine), Ron (late Shirley), Paul (late Debbie), Suzanne Marshall (Kim), Mike (Karen Lucas), Holly (friend Mike Wallace) and Lorna. He is now reunited with his sister Gail Robertson (late Gilbert, Mike Lance) and brother Brian. Gary will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Gary enjoyed nothing more than spending time in the garage puttering around with any vehicle he could get his hands on. With a beer in his hand, there was no vehicle he couldn’t (try to) fix.
Cremation will take place, a celebration of life will be announced by family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to Tracy’s Dream, Canadian Cancer Society or the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
