REMONDI, Marina (nee Pantarotto) (October 17, 1935 – February 6, 2014) – Peacefully in her sleep at the FJ Davey Home, Sault Ste. Marie. She was much loved by her family: husband Giovanni for 60 years, daughters Sabina of Sault Ste. Marie, Daniela of Toronto and Nancy of Hong Kong. Devoted Nonna of Angela. Marina was a sweet compassionate woman with a good sense of humour. She loved a private life enjoying its simple pleasures. She will be sadly missed by her family, surviving relatives in Italy and Windsor, Ontario and many old friends in Sudbury. Heart-filled thanks to the Davey Home staff for their care and dedication. A private family service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Memorial contributions to the FJ Davey Home or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
