MUIO, Mary Julia (Rossi) – Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with her family by her side, after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Guy (Chippy) Muio. Devoted and loving mother of Louise Striukas (Bob) and Guy Jr. (Mary K). Cherished Grandma of Danny (fiancée Amanda), Ryan and Marc Striukas, Michael (fiancée Joanne), Andrew and Paul Muio. Daughter of the late Louisa and Salvatore Rossi. Dear sister of Rose Hornell (late Bob), Theresa Miller (George), late Tony (Red) Rossi (Crystal) and Jean Marshall (Ken). Sister-in-law of the late; Patrick (Flora), Josephine (Lino), Amelia (Joe), Carmen (Dina), Gene (Eleanor), Frankie and Jessie. She will be forever remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary enjoyed being surrounded by her family, hosting gatherings with large delicious meals. She was especially fond of all her grandsons. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 11 – 1 pm. Funeral mass to follow at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church at 1:30 pm.
