Patricia Vivienne "Pat" McClure

McCLURE, Patricia Vivienne “Pat” (R.N.) – Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday, December 28, 2013 in her 95th year. Devoted daughter of the late William and Elsie Bell. Beloved wife of the late Arthur “Ted” McClure who predeceased her in 1997. Loving aunt of Carol and Jack Smales and Ted McClure all of Port Sydney, Ontario. Great aunt to Dean, Donald, Cheryl, Wendy and Laurie Lyn. Pat was predeceased by her dearest friends Charles and Mildred Eaid and will always be remembered by her friends Carol Marcil, Elaine Pitcher and many other special friends. Pat graduated as a Registered Nurse from Toronto General Hospital in 1941 and was a proud member of the nursing profession. She served for many years as a member of the Hospital Auxiliary. A funeral service will take place at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 11 am. The Very Rev. James McShane officiating. Interment St. Luke’s Columbarium at a later date. Memorial contributions to the SAH Foundation, ARCH, St. Luke’s Memorial Fund or choice would be appreciated.
