Paulette Irene Roberts

Loving wife of Terry Roberts. Beloved stepmom of Terry’s children Steve (Karen) and Kristie. Adoring Mimi of Brett Roberts. Cherished sister of Bentley LaFleur (Marilyn) and Chantel LaFleur (Scott). Sister-in-law of Donna Laurenti (Fosco) and the late Karen. She is predeceased by her parents Raymond LaFleur and Jeannette Jackson (surv. Mike). Paulette will be greatly missed by many friends and family, especially her best friends Rhonda Doan and Johanna Cudmore.

Paulette was an amazing wife, stepmother, Mimi, sister, and friend. She was the sweetest and kindest soul you could ever meet and always put others before herself. Paulette's roots began in Prince Township and that is where her true passion and love for flowers and gardening began. Being surrounded by flowers in her garden was her true happy place. Paulette took great joy in watching the Blue Jays whether on TV or the field she tried to never miss a game. She worked many years at Community First serving our community and took great pride in her work. She retired early to enjoy the "good life" and to spend time with family and friends. She enjoyed travelling and was able to experience trips to the Caribbean, Mexico and Costa Rica with friends. Paulette was lucky enough to have friends like Forbes (Karen), Bill (Denise) and Donna (Fosco) to share her travelling experiences with, thank you. When she wasn't travelling, you could find her at her camp, relaxing at Ranger Lake. Her smile and infectious laugh will truly be missed.

The family would like to express their gratitude to her dear friends Rhonda Doan and Tara MacIntosh for their love and friendship over the years. Family and friends are invited to visit at Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. A Celebration of Life and time to share memories and stories will follow at 6:00 pm. Memorial contributions made payable online or by cheque to the Sault Ste Marie Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
