Richard "Rickles" Wardell

WARDELL, Richard Aaron (March 12, 1994 – September 23, 2011) – The flame on the candle of life was gently blown out on Friday, September 23, 2011 for Richard (Ricky, Rickles) Wardell at the Victoria Hospital in London, ON, with his parents by his side. Son of Darlene Wardell (Gerald Burns) and Jason Wardell. Beloved step son of Wayne Chisholm. Loyal, loving brother of Meagan, Mikayla Wardell, Ryan Wardell-Chisholm and Jordan and Joshua Wagner. Beloved grandson of Patrick and Sharon Service, Darlene Roy (Tom), Kathy and Wayne Wardell and Caroline (late Walter Chisholm). Great grandson of Pauline Yarema. Treasured nephew of Pamela Reid, Selena Burns (Cory), Shirley (Corey), Jason (Tammy), Jeremy Sampson, Johnny (Crystal), Patrick Service Jr., Greg Wardell, Shane Chisholm, Tammy Biocchi and Channa Rooney and loved cousin of many. The smiles and laughter that Ricky brought to the faces of all family and friends will never be forgotten. With Ricky’s favourite saying being “real men wear pink” his mom has asked that all the men attending wear pink. Family and friends are invited to call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 3 – 7 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 7:30 pm.
