Betty Lynn Collins Horst, 70, of Savannah, passed away at her home on Tuesday, April 22. Betty was born on May 17, 1943 in Metter to the late Sidney Quincy Collins & Sylvia Elizabeth Way Collins. Betty moved to Savannah where she met her husband Robert Lee Horst and they were married in 1980. Robert and Betty owned Horst Wholesale Florist and most recently Horst and Company Hair Salon. She was very active with her family and was a supportive and devoted mother. She is survived by her son Robert Shane Horst and his husband Andres Mauricio Ortiz Suarez of Newbury Park, CA, and daughter Donna Thompson and her husband David Zeleznick of Savannah.
