Elizabeth "Betty" J. Reiser

Elizabeth (Betty) J. Reiser Loving Mother and Wife - SAVANNAH - Elizabeth Reiser, 83, died peacefully, Sunday, February 8, 2015, at her home in Savannah, GA, from Alzheimer's, further complicated by stroke. She was born in Savannah and graduated from Commercial High School in 1949. She enjoyed a memorable career with Department of Army, Civil Service and retired with over 25 years of service. She was an active member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension. She was married to Robert Eugene Reiser (deceased) from Tuscarawas, Ohio for 51 years. Surviving her are her three daughters and sons- in-law, Janet Reiser Ford and Davis L. Ford of Muskogee, OK, Lynne Reiser Schweitzer and Joseph P. Schweitzer of Alexandria, VA, and Betsy Lee Reiser, of Columbia, MD; sister-in-law, Jeannine Meredith of Simi Valley, CA; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Brian and Erica Ford of Broken Arrow, OK, with three grandchildren, Kylie, Gavin and Cooper Ford, and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation & Funeral Service: 9:30-11AM Friday, February 13, 2015 at Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension, 120 Bull Street, (across by Wright Square) Savannah, GA.
