Mrs. Faye Elizabeth Grant

Faye Elizabeth Green` was born in Savannah, GA to Lillie Green and Sam Heyward on December 1, 1955. She attended public schools here in Chatham County and graduated from A.E. Beach High School in 1974. She worked at the Chatham Club for 15 years. She was married to Larry Grant, Sr. To this union, two sons were born. Through many years of sickness, there was always a smile. On April 13, 2013, God sent a special Angel to escort her home to rest. She leaves to cherish fond memories: two sons Larry Grant Jr. and Kevin Grant;: one granddaughter: Shakira Braithwaite;: two sisters Ruth S. Davis and Barbara S. Powers;1 uncle: Mr. Willie Green; adopted sisters Pamela Montgomery, Shelia Jones, Iona Newton, Diane Scott, Wanda Smith, Etta Young, and very special devoted son, Elliot Brookins; adopted brother, Michael Scott; two nieces , five nephews, many cousins and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
