James Kenneth Stewart

Mr. James Kenneth Stewart, 76, of Whitemarsh Island, Savannah, Georgia and beloved husband of Edna Waters Stewart died Monday July 21, 2014 at his residence.

He was a native of Morganton, N.C. and had lived in Savannah, Georgia since 1969.

He was the son of the late Arthur Lee Stewart, Sr. and Thelma Capps Stewart and step-mother Monnie Bracket Stewart.

He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Kenneth Stewart (June) and daughter Jennifer (Jason) Wyant, grandchildren Jackson and Jillian Wyant, brothers Arthur Lee Stewart, Jr. (Barbara) and Jerry Stewart, Sister Theola Hall (the late Bob), many nieces and nephews, very special friend Jeannie Bartlett and dear neighbors and friends Jim and Mary Buckner.

He was preceded in death by his brother David Stewart.

Appreciation to the Pharmacists and employees at Whitemarsh Island Walmart.

Graveside Service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 11 am Thursday July 24, 2014.

The family will receive friends at the Funereal Home Wednesday July 23, 2014 from 6 – 8 pm.
