Ruby Doris Hodge Arden

She was born to Homer L. and Nora Hooks Hodge in Bronwood, Ga., (Terrell County), on July 21, 1924.

She lived in Stockbridge, Ga before moving to Savannah, after the death of her husband, to be close to family here.

She was preceded by her parents, five brothers, four sisters, and her husband, Eric Arden a native of Mobile, Alabama.

She is survived by two sisters – in – law, Bonnie J. Hodge, Savannah, Ga., and Dorothy Hodge of Lake Wales, Fl; granddaughters, Theresa (Gilbert) Raynor, of Savannah, Ga and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday, in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel.

Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel.

Interment; Hillcrest West Cemetery.
