Stanley "Mac" Mikowski Jr.

Mr. Stanley (Mac) Mikowski, Jr., age 81, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014.

Born and raised at Fort Screven on Tybee Island, he was married to Evelyn Mikowski for over fifty years.

He is survived by his son, Dr. Michael Mikowski, daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Scotty Fuller, and grandson, Paul W. Dunn, II.

Stanley was a graduate of B.C. Military School then went to law school for several years and decided he wanted to do Heating and Air. He owned and operated Southern Heating and Cooling for over forty years. He was also in Local 188 and a member of St. James Parish. He wore many hats of different colors. He was a wonderful Father and Grandfather and loved by many.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014, 1:30 P.M., at the Fairhaven Funeral Home Chapel-Savannah.

The family will receive friends at Fairhaven Funeral Home from 6 until 9 P.M. on Thursday evening.

In Lieu of Flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Hospice Savannah, 1352 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, Ga. 31406 in memory of Mr. Stanley Mikowski.

Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
