Thomas Michael Downs, age 60, of Savannah, went into God's hands on January 20, 2014. Tommy was born in Savannah on September 30, 1953. He was the beloved son of Christine P. Downs and Harry D. Downs. He is survived by his daughter Rachel Lewett, sisters Carolynn Downs Robbins (Gary), Christine Downs Matzen (Charles), and Sharon Downs DeRigo(Mark), brother Harry S. Downs (Ceil), Aunt Frances Patton (Fla), ex wife Carol Jacobs Downs, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and grand nieces. Memorial Services will be held Friday, January 24 at 3:30pm at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Interment will be private. Remembrances may be made to the Union Mission.
