Amna Bacchus

Peacefully at Fieldstone Commons Care Community on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the age of 89. Amna beloved wife of the late Azeez (passed away December 20th, 1985). Loving mother of Fay, Sharon (Paul) and the late Carol (Jay). Mom will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Kevin (Frances), Derek, Michael (Wava), Alyssa, Kristyna, Amanda and great-grandchildren Julian, Gabriela, Ethan, Dylan and Jacob. Dear sister of David (Zai), Doreen (Winston), Marlyn (Geary) and Bibi (Basil). Amna will be sadly missed by all family and many friends.

Due to the COVID guidelines guests are still required to follow the mandate of two metres (six feet) physical distancing. For the visitation 50 people will be permitted in the room at a time. Guests may be required to wait in line prior to entering the funeral home. Upon entry to the funeral home guests will be required to provide their contact information for the purpose of contact tracing. Proof of vaccination is not required at this time. Masks or face coverings are required indoors.

Visitation for Amna will take place on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 2Y8. Visitation will also take place at Wilmar Heights Baptist Church, 1687 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M1R 1R7; on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Service at 11:00 AM.
