August 6, 1935 - June 16, 2025 Passed peacefully on June 16, 2025 at 89. Mother to Rob (Bonnie), Grandmother to Bradley (Emma), Richard (Becky) and Great Grandmother to Ben and Thomas. Survived by her

Loving and devoted sister Deanna Blenkhorn and nephew Sean Blenkhorn.

Predeceased by Parents Robert (d.1998) and Edna Irwin (nee Wood d. 1990), husband Charles (d.2019) and Brother in-law Ed Blenkhorn (d.2022).

Many thanks to the great staff at Amica Taunton for their exceptional care and also to the staff who provided the specialized care she needed in her last remaining days at Lakeridge Oshawa (C7).

Visitation for Arlene will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1R 2Y8. A chapel service will occur Monday, June 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1R 2Y8. A burial will occur Monday, June 23, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 2700 Kingston Rd, Toronto, ON M1M 1M5.

In lieu of flowers a donations to The Alzheimer's Society of Canada, The Lakeridge Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
