

Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Ron lived a life marked by kindness, quiet strength, and a deep love for the people around him—especially his family. He touched the lives of many with his gentle spirit, generous heart, warm laughter, and unwavering dedication to his community.
Ron will be forever remembered by his loving family — Dylan, Sara, Jennifer, Shane, Bree, Shannon, Greg, and his partner Shirley — along with many friends and loved ones who were grateful to know him.
Those who knew Ron will remember not only his warmth, but also his commitment to serving others. For many years he volunteered at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, where he found great purpose in community service. He served as President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, offering compassion and support to those in need, and he delivered meals through Meals on Wheels, helping ensure no one in his community felt forgotten. Ron never hesitated to lend a hand, often quietly stepping in to help long before anyone asked. His kindness was not loud—it was steady, constant, and deeply felt by all who knew him.
Ron leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and service. His family and friends will forever cherish the memories they shared with him and the countless ways he made their lives brighter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, ON, M1R 2Y8.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 3170 St. Clair Avenue East, where family and friends are welcome to gather in celebration of Ron’s life.
