Predeceased by his loving wife Irmgard (2010). Proud father of his children, Ingeborg (Lothar) and Peter (Lesley). Cherished Grandfather of Robert (aka Jesse), Marianne (Jupiter), Kathleen (Josh) and Laura (James) and Great-Grandfather to Kosta and Nicholas Taxopoulos and Reinhardt Vaughan.
We are grateful for the many memories, stories, and love he leaves behind. Many a strudel will be shared in his honour. Stephan’s spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will be received at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. followed by a Chapel Service at 1:00 pm. Cremation.
