I can’t believe it’s been one year already! I think of you often! I miss your laughter, kindness and your humor! We had some great times in Florida! I’m so glad we sold our place that year because I know I would not be able to bear looking across the street and you not being there. I will cherish your friendship forever! For dear Jo-Jo.   Just mentioned your name the other day when visiting your old place of work.  Everyone remembers you so fondly.  It was wonderful for me to see the connections over time as things and change and people's jobs move and change.  
But there is this thread left by you as a legacy to yourself.  I am grateful for having you in my life and for the kindnesses I have recieved and continue to receive because of your leadership.   
I miss you and think of you often.

I am forever grateful and indebted to JoAnn for giving me an opportunity to work for her. The moment I met her I instantly felt a bond as my mother is also named JoAnn (affectionately called JoJo) and is a full blooded loving and caring Italian woman. I will always appreciate all that she did for me over the years and will truly miss her infectious laugh, charismatic nature and her amazing style. My heart goes out to all that she touched as she was taken far too soon. May she rest peacefully. I will always think of her fondly. Cheers to you, JoJo! To all JoAnn's family, loved ones and friends.  I met dear JoAnn through her work.  A close friend and client of hers put me in her care.  She was a tireless advocate for me and is responsible for a legacy of  people I now work with who have shown caring, kindness, generosity, and compassion in the business.  That is very rare.  I am deeply grateful  to JoAnn. I will forever remember her as a women of honor and integrity who had an amazing laugh. 
 May her memory be a blesing and the memories all of you have be the treasures by which she lives on.

Words cannot express how much we are going to miss our vivacious niece and cousin. We miss you so much already.  Love, Uncle Robert, Aunt Laura and your baby cousins, Jessica and Samantha.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to you all. Joann was a beautiful person. We are so blessed to have known her. We were happy to have lived across the street from her in Florida! We have such great memories of her that we will cherish forever! We loved her true love  of Jesus!! We only had three years of a very special friendship with her, but we were so blessed by being able to talk and share that love of Jesus together! I will miss our conversations that would usually be about an hour and a half but only felt like 20 min. God blessed us by bringing her into our lives and we will be eternally grateful! We loved what was written about JoAnn in her obituary, that’s exactly the woman we got to know!! We are praying for peace for you all! We know in our heart she is filled with the Holy Spirit and she is at peace! We feel as if we have known all of you as she talked about you all with such love! Hoping someday we will get to meet you all!
