Born in Taiwan as the youngest of 9 children, she moved to New England in the late 1960s for graduate studies in medicinal chemistry. Margaret would later settle in New York with her husband and two children. In the 1990s she made a career switch from pharmacist to tax preparer and enrolled agent. Margaret reveled in the intellectual challenge and chance to help people, right through her last days. In her spare time she enjoyed travelling and doting on her grandchildren. Margaret was also an avid gardener who delighted in sharing her bounty of exotic vegetables with friends and family.
Margaret is survived by her loving husband of five decades Thomas, son Robert, daughter Jennifer and two grandchildren, Sophia and Kai. In lieu of any flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
