Pauline Dapolito passed away on November 28, 2015 at Greenwich Woods Nursing Home in Greenwich Connecticut. She was 95 years old. Pauline was born on August 30, 1920 to the late Alexandro and Antoinette Iaanaco Tamilio. Pauline worked for many years at Dorothy Stein in Eastchester before her retirement. Pauline is predeceased by her husband Thomas M. Dapolito. Surviving are her two daughters Annette (the late Fred) DiCarlo and Elaine (Joseph) Ferrara; her adored grandchildren Anthony, Thomas, Fred R. Jr. DiCarlo and Joseph and Deborah Ferrara. Also surviving are her great grandchildren Anthony, Daniel, Mark, Thomas, Gregory, Dana, Annmarie, Fred R. III (Trey) DiCarlo , and Jaeger Ferrara. Pauline is also predeceased by her sisters Anna Morra, Frances Apicelli, Alice Pocchiari, and her brothers Daniel and Angelo Tamilio.
Family and Friends may visit Tuesday from 3:00 – 8:00pm at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Homes, Scarsdale. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday December 2, 2015 at 10:00am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale.
