Stephen G. Talbot

Steve Talbot, 81, of Stamford, CT formerly of Seaford, LI. passed Feb.14, 2026 at the Stamford Hospital surrounded by family.

Mr. Talbot was born in Bay Shore, Brooklyn, NY on Oct. 15, 1944. Moved to Seaford, LI and graduated Seaford High School with a Scientific Regents Diploma on June 24, 1962. He attended CW Post College, LI, B.S. accounting. After graduating he worked at Doubleday as an auditor on LI.

Steve went into the US Army, stationed in Berlin, Germany on May 29, 1967 as a Sargent till May 8, 1969. He worked at Paul Leibinger NMLP as Vice President for thirty five years; all admired his ability to run the company and his work ethic.

He worked part time and started volunteering for seniors in Stamford, CT. Also, he loved our Church, his Catholic faith and started with the HNS men's group which he enjoyed once a week for prayers and mass until his illness came back Mar. 2020.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Talbot of CT., a daughter Tricia of RI (husband Patrick Jackson) a son, Brian Talbot of NC, and many nieces & nephews.

Steve is at peace now at Ferncliff Cemetery Hartsdale New York. He will truly be missed.
