Alice Mae Dawber

Alice Mae Dawber, 57, of Manheim PA, passed away October 27 2023. Born in Lebanon PA on July 1, 1966, she was the daughter of Lee G. Gerhart and Dianne J. Kutz (née Bashore), and the beloved wife of Tim Dawber.

Alice loved spending time in nature, art and painting, travelling to the family cabin, cooking, baking, singing at home, spending time with her grandchildren, and opening her home and showing hospitality to any in need.

She is survived by husband Tim Dawber, two daughters Samantha Burkhart (wife of Chris) and Ruth Dawber; two granddaughters Lillie and Natalee; adopted daughters Kyla Rhoads and Natasha Hess; adopted grandson Chase Kuhns; two sisters Ruth Strunk (wife of Butch) and Lora Gockley (wife of Keith); brother John Gerhart (husband of Laureen); step-mother Charlotte Elaine Gerhart; nephews Seth Strunk (husband of Jessika) and Able Strunk (husband of Paige); and nieces Annie Gockley and Brittany Gockley-Dieter.

Alice was preceded by father Lee G. Gerhart, mother Dianne J. Kutz, step-father Joseph A Kutz.

Alice’s memorial service will be held on January 06 2024,10:00 am, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Kleinfeltersville.
