James Frederick Gichner, 70, passed away Wednesday May 19, 2021 at his home in Port Royal, PA after a lengthy illness. James was born July 31, 1950 the son of the late Manuel Gutman Gichner and Frances Asbury (Halliday) Gichner. James graduated from ELCO High School in 1968 and served in the United States Army from 1968-1971. For many years he served as a swimming coach at the YMCA in Lebanon. He worked with Race Horses all over the US. He was a licensed Massage Therapist. Jim is survived by his brother C. David Gichner; his nieces Claire Moore and Freedom Scott and nephew Daniel Gichner and their families. clauserfh.com
