John H Krall

John H. Krall, 94, of Myerstown, passed away on Monday, July 23rd, 2012 in the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center. He was born in Flintville, Lebanon County, a son of the late David B. and Kate M. Bomberger Krall. He was the husband of Frances C. McCarren Krall. Mr. Krall was retired truck driver, who hauled New Cars. After retirement he went to worked for Plain and Fancy in Schaefferstown. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII in the South Pacific. He was a member of the V.F. W. and Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, Myerstown. Surviving are his wife , two sons: Thomas J., husband of Deborah Krall, Exton Pa. and Philip L., husband of Carlyn Krall of Schaefferstown; six grandchildren: Amanda, wife of Mark Sherman, Ellicot City, Md.; Michael J. Krall of Washington D.C. ; Daniel T. Krall of Philadelphia; Rebecca Krall of Exton Pa.; Ethan J. and Lauren E. Krall of Schaefferstown. John was preceded in death by a son: Brian J. Krall who passed away in 1992; three brothers: Mark B., David B., and Franklin B. Krall. A viewing will be held in the Clauser Funeral Home Inc., N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown, Pa., 17088 on Wednesday July 25th, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church 118 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown, Pa., 17067 at 11:00a.m. on Thursday. A viewing will be held from 10:00a.m until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Myerstown.
