Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Betty Collins). Cherished father of Paul, Thomas, Donald and Cathleen Cooney all of Scituate, Judy Luca of Quincy, Anthony of Brockton, Edward of Marshfield, Jeanne Dorr of Hanson, Christine Giacomozzi of Milton. Adored Nonnu of 26 grandchildren and 8 ½ great grandchildren. Beloved brother of Mae Consalvi of Newton and Anna DeFelice of Framingham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tony served his country in WWII in the Army Air Guard. He worked in the construction business for his entire life before retiring at 63.
Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Tuesday, July 10th at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St, Scituate at 10AM. Visiting hours will be held from 4PM-9PM on Monday. Interment will be in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
