Edalina Rodrigues

Edalina (Andrade) Rodrigues – 86, of Norwell, formerly of Scituate passed away December 28, 2022 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. She was the beloved wife of the late Roland R. Rodrigues, with whom she shared 61 years of marriage before his passing in 2018.

Born in Fogo, Cabo Verde, she was the daughter of the late Vitale and Palmira Andrade. She was a woman of strong faith and found such joy in sharing her Catholic devotion with her husband.

She was the devoted mother of Charles J. Rodrigues of Winooski, VT, Anthony M. Rodrigues and his wife Maria of Norwell and Steven Rodrigues of Plymouth. Cherished Nana of Jessica Shaughnessy, Christina Rodrigues, Christiano Rodrigues, Derek Carrillo and the late Anthony Rodrigues. Loving sister of the late Mary Rodrigues. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation Saturday, January 7, 2022 from 9 AM to 12 PM with a funeral home service at 12 PM at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate. Inurnment Union Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
