George F Hause

George served with the US Army during WWII. He was a strong advocate for veterans and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was a former delegate of the State Democratic Convention and one of the founders of the National Assoc. of Government Employees (NAGE).

George is survived by his loving children, Larry Hause and his partner Kim Hankins of Newbury, NH, Judy Hause and her husband Tony Golden of Scituate, Neil Hause and his wife Elizabeth of New London, NH. Proud grandfather of Heidi, George and Harry Hause, Erin and Renee Golden. Great grandfather of Jack Brown. Brother of John Hause of Quincy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, Oct. 7th in the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate from 4pm-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary’s of the Nativity, 1 Kent St, Scituate on Wednesday, Oct. 8th at 10 am. Burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Scituate.
