Peter Paul Lucas

Peter was born and raised in Dorchester. He is a disabled WWII Army veteran whom served in the 8th Battalion, Battery C. Peter worked as a master carpenter and salesman after the service, and retired as a postman from the USPS 30 years ago. He was a Charter member of the Cohasset Lions Club, member of the Scituate Bowling League, Scituate VFW, and the D.A.V.

He is the loving father of Sandra Wagner and her husband Brian of Waterford, NY, brother of John Lucas of Dorchester, grandfather of; Joelle Augustine and her husband William, Eric and Scott Michalkiewics, great-grandfather of; Steven and Sarah Augustine, and also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Monday, May 7th at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate at 10AM. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 2-6PM. Interment will be in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
