Alma Violet Brill

Alma Violet Brill, 74 of Scottsbluff, Nebraska died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at Regional West Medical Center. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Ray Venghaus officiating. Cremation was held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. Vi was born January 9, 1932 in Gering, NE to George Robert and Marie (Peil) Drumheller. She received her education in Gering. She married Ervin Wayne Brill September 2, 1951 in Bayard, NE. She lived most of her life in Bayard and owned and operated several eating establishments in the area including Vi’s Diner. She was a very loving and giving person and enjoyed helping others. She is survived by her children: Theresa ( Jerald) Lucas and their children Jarvis Brill and friend Jaci Mentzel, and Dustin Lucas, Gayline Brill of Omaha and her children: Kristopher Carrillo, Brianna Carrillo and Kylee Brill; Korey (Denise) Brill of Scottsbluff and their children: Jason Rein, Trevor Brill and Chandler Brill, and Jason (Nancy) Brill of Elkhorn, NE and their children: Jordan, Jared and Jaylen; sisters and brothers-in-law: Caroline and Dale Smock of Scottsbluff,Marlene and Bill Blanding of Carpentersville, IL., sisters Esther Schmall of Bayard, NE, LaNora Cross of Bayard, Pauline Shoopman of Scottsbluff, Trudy and Judy Drumheller of Seattle, WA and brother Eddy and Betty Drumheller of Thornton, CO. Great grandchildren Kaleigh Mueller, Amanda Mentzel and Brett Ayer, Jr.She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Barbara Neill and brothers, Walter, Robert, Clarence and Edward Drumheller.
