Ann Beth Staton, 59, of Scottsbluff, died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Regional West Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007 at First United Methodist Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Nancy Tomlinson officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. Ann was born July 16, 1947 in Scottsbluff to Walter A. and Blanche A. (Kubes) Kaufman. She attended Fairview #50 school until the 8th grade and graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1965. She married Charles Staton July 25, 1967 in Greeley, CO. Ann was employed at Regional West Medical Center for twenty-seven years. Ann was a member of First United Methodist Church in Scottsbluff, Wagon Wheel Sam Club, Compassionate Friends of Wyo-Braska and a past member of Eagles Aerie Auxiliary #2998. Ann loved sewing, knitting, camping and family gatherings. She is survived by her husband Charles; and foster daughter Candy. Her parents and two sons James in 1976 and Douglas in 1991 preceded her in death
